Book a Room serves as an elegant and user-friendly display for your company's meeting rooms. It integrates directly with Microsoft Exchange Server resource calendars, clearly indicating whether a room is free or occupied. Users can also view upcoming meetings for the day and utilize the Quick Book feature to make reservations instantly.

It is important to note that Book a Room displays real-time free/busy status for the monitored rooms.

Required prerequisites include:

• Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 sp1 or later, or Microsoft Office365.
• A dedicated user account for the application login (only one Exchange license required regardless of the number of Book a Room licenses in use).
• A resource account for each Book a Room license.
• Reliable internet access.
